Refund requests for eligible product orders must be submitted within a reasonable period after delivery and before the product is used, installed, damaged, or altered.

  • Returned in original packaging where applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom orders or special-order items
  • Installation, labor, consultation, or site visit fees already performed

4. Installation and Service Deposits

For pool installation or related services in California, deposits may be required to reserve consultation time, project scheduling, materials, or labor. Once project planning, scheduling, site review, or procurement has begun, some or all deposit amounts may become non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photos if available. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment or before service work has been scheduled or started. Once an order has shipped or service preparation has begun, cancellation may not be available.
